These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdebat ("bdebat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all products and services made available through the bdebat website at https://bdebat.net, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, Playtech Live tables, and any promotional offers or bonuses made available to registered players.

bdebat operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. The Platform does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bdebat platform is lawful in the territory from which you are connecting. By proceeding with registration or login, you represent and warrant that you have satisfied yourself as to the legality of your participation.

bdebat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the website prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the bdebat platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdebat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To access the full range of bdebat services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each player may hold only one registered account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register a bdebat account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, a mobile number, and a chosen username and password. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide false information during the registration process. bdebat reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time and to request supporting documentation.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdebat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its obligations as an offshore gaming operator. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — at any of the following points:

• Upon first withdrawal request
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed a defined threshold
• When bdebat's risk management systems flag unusual account activity
• At any point at bdebat's reasonable discretion

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Where bdebat identifies that multiple accounts have been created by the same individual — whether registered in the same name, using the same payment method, or sharing a device or IP address — bdebat reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, cancel any pending bonuses or winnings associated with those accounts, and withhold any balance that was accumulated in breach of this rule.

By registering an account on bdebat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If bdebat has reason to believe that a registered account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If the age verification process confirms that the account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and all funds — including any deposits made — will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and bdebat's minor protection policy.

3.1 Parental Controls

bdebat strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites. Free and commercially available parental control tools are available for all major devices and operating systems. bdebat recommends that any household computer or mobile device accessible to minors be protected with appropriate filtering software.

3.2 Reporting Underage Access

If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed or is accessing the bdebat platform — including through use of your account credentials — you must notify bdebat immediately at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat. bdebat will investigate all such reports promptly and confidentially.

All financial transactions on the bdebat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdebat supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including mobile financial services and major bank channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at bdebat's discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bdebat is ৳200. There is no platform fee charged on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to the issuing bank's standard cross-border transaction fees, which are beyond bdebat's control. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, credits will be applied within one (1) hour of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by bdebat's payments team, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Standard processing time is within 24 hours of approval. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must have completed the required KYC verification. bdebat reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonuses

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the stated wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Deposit funds that are not associated with an active bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC requirements.

bdebat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new registrations, it is available only to players making their first deposit. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of crediting. Full terms including the wagering requirement multiplier, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and maximum bet per spin or stake while the bonus is active will be published on the bdebat promotions page at the time of the offer.

5.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

bdebat may offer special promotions tied to events on the Bangladesh sporting calendar — including BPL fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers international series, the T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. These promotions will carry their own specific terms and will be communicated to eligible players via on-site banners and registered email addresses.

By using the bdebat platform, you agree to act in good faith at all times and to comply with these Terms. The following conducts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

6.1 Money Laundering and Financial Crime

bdebat is committed to preventing the platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bdebat may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to accounts that exhibit unusual transaction patterns. Where bdebat has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited or withdrawn through a player's account represent the proceeds of criminal activity, bdebat will suspend the account, report the matter to the appropriate authorities, and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

bdebat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its reasonable discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of any provision of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with a legal obligation.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bdebat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any verified balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC checks.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bdebat platform as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion through the bdebat support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of six months. During a self-exclusion period, bdebat will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from logging in, making deposits, or receiving promotional communications. 7.3 bdebat-Initiated Suspension

Where bdebat suspends an account on grounds of suspected fraud, Terms violation, or pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Suspended accounts are not able to log in, place bets, or withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded. bdebat will endeavour to complete investigations within 14 calendar days. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account suspension will be lifted and any withheld funds will be returned in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdebat's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their bdebat account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdebat shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or otherwise — arising from: (a) a player's inability to access or use the platform due to technical disruption, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events; (b) any decision made by a player to place a bet or wager based on information displayed on the platform; (c) any delay in withdrawal processing beyond the standard processing windows where caused by third-party payment providers; (d) any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials; or (e) any change in law or regulation that affects the player's ability to use the platform in their jurisdiction.

8.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, void bet, or technical error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, bdebat reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's balance. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

All casino games offered on the bdebat platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Playtech, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Big Time Gaming, Spribe, and others. The rules and outcomes of these games are governed by the respective provider's certified random number generator and game engine. bdebat makes no warranty in respect of any third-party game's accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

8.3 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bdebat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the bdebat platform in violation of any applicable law, or any fraudulent activity conducted through your account.
